Overview

GrayCode AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds open-source CLI tools for developers. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

For the CLI (Free tier):

Nothing. Hawk runs entirely on your machine. Your code, API keys, and data never leave your computer. We don't have servers to store anything on.

For the website:

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and is fully GDPR compliant. We see page views and referrers — nothing more.

For Pro and Team tiers (coming soon):

When you create an account, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the service
• To process payments (Pro and Team tiers)
• To send important product updates (you can opt out)
• To respond to support requests

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't track you across the web
• We don't use cookies for advertising
• We don't read your code or API keys

Third-party services

We use: Plausible (analytics), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
